Founder and President of The TEAMS Group, Leonard Ganther is widely recognized as a business turnaround and performance improvement specialist. With more than 25 years of experience, Leonard has led complex engagements involving mergers and acquisitions, rightsizing initiatives, financial and operational analysis, benchmarking, strategic planning, human resources, activity-based costing and management, real estate development, construction and project management, and IT enterprise systems. Leonard holds multiple patents and copyrights, has served on prominent boards nationwide, and has been featured in nationally recognized publications. He is a former board member of IFMA and BOMA and currently serves as a consulting advisor to multiple industry publications. He is also a registered ENERGY STAR® Builder/Developer.
